Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

ZCLIPGLOBAL.COM processes and ships orders once per week on Mondays.  Orders must be placed by 5:00 AM EST to ship same day.  Please factor in this additional time when placing an order.  For example: if an order is placed on Tuesday, January 1 via CPC Expresspost (2 business days), it will leave our warehouse Monday, January 7 and delivery can be expected in 2 business days, or Wednesday, January 9.  The time from when the order was placed on Wednesday until when it is delivered is a total of 8 days.  

Shipping Procedures

We process and ship packages once per week on Mondays. At this time, we do not offer shipping any other business day.  All orders will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  If you do not receive a confirmation and shipping email, please check your spam account and then contact our office at info@zclip.com.  Have your order number ready and reference that your order was placed from our international website - zclipglobal.com.  Please confirm your email address is entered correctly before placing your order.  

Confirm Shipping Address

Please confirm that you have entered your shipping address correctly before placing your order. The shopping cart will auto-fill your shipping address over to the billing address, but you are able to enter a different shipping address if necessary.  Credits will not be issued for orders not received in the time specified because of an incorrect address. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us at info@zclip.com BEFORE your order ships on Tuesday at 1:00 PM. Address corrections can not be made after this time.

Where We Ship


USA orders are fulfilled from our USA warehouse and zclip.com.  Zclipglobal is not able to ship to USA locations.

ZCLIPGLOBAL.COM supplies orders to all non-USA customers.  ZCLIPGLOBAL.COM orders are shipped from our Canada warehouse.


Three shipping methods are available:



International Orders will be delivered in 2-10 business days after your order has shipped.  Shipping charges do not include any country specific import duties or taxes. Duty rates vary by country and are paid before receiving the package. If you need to determine your local customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, insurance, etc we suggest contacting your local customs facilities and inquire with them for the total charges of your package.  All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.
